USA and Hawaii Orders will be shipped via: Express Mail, Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Priority Mail takes 3 to 5 days, Express Mail, 2 days GUARANTEE.
Overseas (outside USA) orders will be shipped First Class or Priority International Mail or we can ship Express Mail (ONLY by request). First Class or Priority International Mail take around 7 to 10 days, Express Mail, 3 to 5 business days.

Rush orders or any other shipping methods are available upon request.

4.712% tax will be added to Hawaii's orders only.

We will hold your faxed or emailed order for 7 business days waiting for payment.
We will only ship out your order upon received and cleared payment.

THERE IS A FLAT, non-refundable $5.00 HANDLING FEE FOR EVERY NEW ORDER,

Handling fees help to cover for THAT PARTICULAR ORDER costs: 5 to 6 % fees credit cards charge us when you use a credit card as payment (PayPal charge 6% fee as well), it help cover the Yahoo or Ebay fees for the sale of the item, it helps to pay for the packing supplies: box, bubble wrap, tape, shipping labels (printers ink, paper) and so on.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS REQUIREMENTS:

Using PayPal you must provide a confirmed address and/or be verified.

International orders requirements paying with credit cards not issued on the USA (only certain countries are except and do not need submit this paper: Canada, UK, Germany, Japan among few others, you will be inform if you need).
For first-time customers ordering using cards issued outside the USA, we require a faxed or emailed (in JPEG format), signed copy of your most recent credit card statement. This is only a one-time requirement that will not be necessary on future orders using the same credit card and billing information.
Your credit card information is held with the greatest discretion and will not be used for any purpose other than confirming your identity as the legitimate cardholder.

Your order will NOT be held, processed, or shipped until we receive this information exactly as instructed. We will confirm via email when we receive your fax/email with this information.

Why do I need to send a copy of my credit card statement? There is a high incidence of attempted credit card fraud from outside the USA, and our Address Verification System only works on cards issued in the USA and some addresses in Canada, UK, Germany, Japan. Having a signed copy of your credit card bill is our only proof that you are the legitimate cardholder, and not someone that may have stolen your card to use it for Internet fraudulent purchases.

EXCHANGING PRODUCTS

Our policy is 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. We will gladly exchange your product if you don't like it . Just send the product back to us (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable) in the original package and in salable conditions, within two weeks, add a letter letting us know why you didn't like it. Upon inspection we will exchange it ( at your own shipping expenses), refund or credit.
Depending on products, some restrictions apply as: restocking fees, money back eligibility and store credit only.

Sorry, we will not apply a credit to credit card accounts because they will charge us a $15.00 charge back fee.
We will send you a refund check or issue a store credit as you may like.

Returned merchandise must be carefully packed to prevent breakage in transit. If returned merchandise arrives to us broken due to improper packing we will not issue a credit or refund for broken item(s).

To return merchandise, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt with a notation stating the reason for your return. Your package must be pre-paid and must be addressed exactly to our address: P.O. Box 643 Haleiwa HI 96712.

If you are only exchanging items please, enclosed self addressed and stamped envelope to be returned to you.

If it was a manufactory problem (we will check, inspect, test and approved all products before we ship them out), after information approval, we will resend a new product to you at our own cost.
